In June 2006, Three Peaks entered into a sub-advised relationship with Aquila Investment Management, LLC, a firm located in New York City that manages in excess of $4 billion of assets, and launched the Aquila Three Peaks High Income Fund. The Fund's objective is very similar to that of the Three Peaks High-Yield mandate.
As of July 1, 2010 the Aquila Three Peaks High Income Fund had approximately $285 million assets under management.
